Aids Risk Reduction Outreach Workers (ARROWS) Program offers intervention and education to high risk individuals on risk reduction regarding the spread of AIDS. Education deals with safer methods and practices. ARROWS is a street outreach project in Waterbury.

FEE:  No fee

APPLICATION:  Street outreach program

ELIGIBILITY:  IV drug users and their sex partners; prostitutes; families of anyone involved in high risk behaviors
