Anonymous or confidential AIDS testing and counseling; education, outreach, speakers, newsletters, brochures, and videos are offered to Waterbury residents accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and immunization records. Identification by code number only; no test results over the phone. Preference is given to persons with high risk profile. Case management services provided for persons and families with HIV/AIDS.

FEE:  No fee
